Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through tvcsuniforms.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on:

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., embroidered uniforms)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at villagesapparel@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a return authorization.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing time can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at villagesapparel@yahoo.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
